Since 1978, Celebrate UCI — which returns Saturday, April 18, to Aldrich Park — has been one of the campus's favorite rites of spring. Here's a look back at UCI's annual open house, encompassing the Wayzgoose Medieval Faire, begun in 1972 to energize social life on campus. Today, Celebrate UCI remains a day when alumni, staff, faculty and students join surrounding community members for food, games, crafts and displays by UCI organizations. You've met Peter's People — now meet Peter's Peeps!
Visit UCI's Facebook page to see a gallery of Anteater Peeps frolicking in the springtime. Check out their adventures on the high seas, at a construction site and hanging with the big 'Eater himself, Peter. Or create (and post) your own UCI Peep diorama. Zot on!
